How to get to Evora

From Lisbon (airport) to Évora by car: You may rent a car at our airport car hire desk, then take the highway A1, direction North [Norte]. Take [Ponte Vasco da Gama, A12] at the exit [Vila Franca/ Ponte Vasco da Gama, A12], entering the Vasco da Gama bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue along highway A12 for approx. 17 km 'til the Evora exit, entering highway A2. Continue through highway A2 [IP1] for approx. 19 km till exit n.7. At exit n.7 choose [Espanha/Évora,A6], entering highway A6, then continue along A6 [E90] for aprox. 60 km until the Évora exit. Follow the signs to Évora for another 10 km until you reach the city. Seems difficult but it isn't ....

From the South

From Faro airport you can pick up your hire car at our hire car desk, then take the route N125 direction Loulé for approx. 10 km. Choose Albufeira at the fork in the road [Albufeira/ Loulé] entering the highway A22 [IP1] and continue for approximately 25 km. Choose Lisbon at the road fork [Lisbon/ Albufeira], entering highway A2 [IP1] and continue for aprox. 65 km. Choose [Beja] at the fork [Beja/ Ourique] (exit n.12), take main route IP2 [E802] and continue for approx. 140 km.

From Spain (Badajoz) to Évora

You may rent a car at the airport and Enter Portugal through IP7 [E90]. Continue through highway A6 till exit [Évora].
